By signing and endorsing the ICJ Declaration (the “Declaration”), you (acting either as an Individual Professional Journalist or an Authorized Representative of a Media Institution/Organization) agree to these Terms and Conditions. This framework is legally governed under the intellectual property registrations of ICJ Global Media Group LLC.

2. Data Collection and Strict Confidentiality
To validate the authenticity of the endorsements, ICJ Global Media Group LLC collects specific professional data. We strictly adhere to the highest international data protection standards (including EU-GDPR frameworks and Swiss data certification protocols through our LutinX registry).

• • Strictly Confidential Data: E-mail addresses, identification numbers, and contact details will NEVER be sold, shared, rented, or exposed to third parties, governments, or commercial entities. This data is used solely for the automated generation of your Certificate of Appreciation and internal validation.

3. Public Display of Endorsements (Transparency of the Movement)
To demonstrate the global mass solidarity of the press, only the following information will be visibly displayed on the public registry:

• • For Individuals: Full Name, Professional Status (e.g., Independent Journalist / Photojournalist), and Country.
  • For Institutions: Official Name of the Organization/Media House, Type of Institution, and Country.

4. No Further Financial or Operational Obligations
Endorsing the ICJ Declaration is a voluntary moral and professional alliance.

• • Signatories (Individual or Institutional) are not subject to any hidden costs, membership fees, or financial obligations upon signing.
  • Endorsement does not obligate the signatory to take any specific editorial, legal, or political action. You retain 100% of your operational and journalistic independence.

5. Non-Liability and Legal Protection of the Framework
The ICJ Declaration is a protected intellectual property framework registered under multiple global jurisdictions (LutinX ID: AUC.122.1151, IP Guard GmbH, Bitcoin Blockchain OpenTimestamps, RFC 3161 Standard, and SHA-256 Hash protection).

• • ICJ Global Media Group LLC acts strictly as the initiator and safe custodian of this declaration.
  • ICJ Global Media Group LLC shall not be held legally liable for the local political or professional activities of individual signatories in their respective home countries.
  • The organization reserves the right to revoke an endorsement if a signatory violates the core ethical standards outlined in Article III of the Declaration.
